an older mlp oc,she has powers very similar to Lunas but uses her abilities to help depressed ponies wherever she is,she drops hints in their dreams of her parties

she is a draconequus, pony hybrid and really doesn't even need her wings cuz much like discord she can levitate but prefers the exorcize of her wings. She can be abit chaotic at times and will seduce just about anyone I'm happier with her revamp here than her older look lol

inspiration for her came from the song "Plastic Stars" and the fact that when I made her I had alot of said glowing plastic stars in my room I thought it'd be fun
