Personality/Background:

Marshmellow had quite a happy life living with her mother, her mother's sister and husband, and her two children. She was always willing to stop whatever she was doing so she could hang out with her father whenever he came to visit their home. Most of the other time she spent was either writing songs, playing games, or playing with Jeweled Fang and Emerald Glow. She started going to school when she first could, and she was loved by a lot of ponies for her adorable personality and willingness to defend her friends at any given moment. She also sang around the hallways a lot, and lots of ponies would either join her or stop whatever they were doing to listen to her songs, considering she wrote them all herself.

She wanted to be homeschooled for a short time because of an accident that happened at school, but both Sweetie Belle and Rarity didn't agree with this, and Button Mash was afraid of her losing all her friends by being at home, since she wouldn't be able to invite them over. She knew she would still have Emerald Glow and Jeweled Fang, but she then thought it wouldn't be the same because they're her cousins, and therefore they don't count.

In her current state, she is quite a popular foal in school, but she doesn't act like it. She believes herself to be any normal pony, and refuses to accept herself into 'popular groups' just because so many ponies fall over their hinds for her, and just like her in general. She was signed to a record label because of her beautiful voice and amazing song lyrics, and therefore is listed as a celebrity in lots of magazines, and school related things.

Relationships:

Marshmellow has a very strong relationship with her parents, considering she always sees them. She also thinks of Rarity like a second mother, and Emerald Glow and Jeweled Fang as her sisters. Of course, they're all related, but she likes to think differently about how her family is ordered, which just makes her relationship with them all stronger.

She has had many crushes and has been asked out a lot, but she refuses to get into a relationship, and instead wants to wait until she has surpassed that age of 20 before she ever dates or marries another pony.

Special:

-Marshmellow has such a beautiful voice that it can lull people to sleep depending on the song she sings. She has a very emotional attachment with her music, and this affects other ponies whether she sings live or whether they hear the studio version of her song.
