Description I had a few requests for a drawing tutorial for Lackadaisy so I figured, hey! Let's draw some stupid, whynot?
Originally, it had a painting tutorial included, but it was getting to be too long, so I truncated it. That part might make it onto lackadaisycats.com when I hoist up there, though.

I love your communication style in your tutorials. Engaging, and encourages people to listen without encouraging hero-worship and the inevitable belief that somehow it has to be more complicated than this to produce the work of such a master. :-J

You wouldn't believe how often one forgets to construct in 3D shapes once you start spending more time painting than drawing, and ironically, how much that hurts your painting

When I was younger and I looked at this tut, I was like "3-d objects! Too much work and confusing!" But now (as some say "maturing as an artist" bah...) I'm appreciating more and more those 3-D objects I use in Geometry class and how they fit in to drawing. :3 Thank you for making this!!! Now maybe I can get the ultra-smooth-cool look you seem to pull off so very well. ;3 Now, off to drawing balls and boxes!

Your drawings are smooth and your lines are so thin, that is they i want to draw, but i can't do it as gracefully as you do it, i so adore your art style and your talent.
^_^
When i grow to adult i want to be as good as you are! from now on you will be my artist role model!
Why? because you art is simply too beautiful for me to resist!
Thanks for this tutorial!!!

I followed this tutorial and got decent results, there's one deviation I did on my own just by looking at how you draw, and another following this.

I normally don't like Anthro stuff, but your style is so awesome. I really like how you still have all the animal characteristics and body parts. Most anthro just looks like you taped an animal head on a human body.

Wow. You are simply amazing in every way possible. Perhaps the... second or third artist I've stumbled across who manages to shock and awe me in several ways. Absolutely brilliant. That adverb combined with that adjective make for one fitting adjectival phrase. Definitely.

In other words, your art is good, and you seem like a rather intelligent and witty human being. Unless you're a cat. Or an alien. Or an alien cat.
