I had a few requests for a drawing tutorial for Lackadaisy so I figured, hey! Let's draw some stupid, whynot?Originally, it had a painting tutorial included, but it was getting to be too long, so I truncated it. That part might make it onto lackadaisycats.com when I hoist up there, though.

Good tutorial. I find it funny that you say you figured you'd draw something stupid - it's probably my favorite picture of Rocky and Freckle. If you had this picture (gun or sandwich) on a shirt or a mug or something, I would definitely buy it.

I like the idea o using 3d shaps maybe it will help shading ._. there is always that problem I'm going to have to learn soon though...folds..

Ooh, I really like how you draw construction drawings. I already drew like that, but the way you mention rotating simple shapes in perspective is a neat idea to keep in mind. Its basic - and yet so illuminating. Thank you!

Regardless of what style I've tried out, be it realistic, cartoon, or otherwise, I've found this tutorial helpful in all cases. Simple enough to understand, and effective enough to really, really help with drawing. I thank you greatly for that. And, it was funny and light-hearted to boot.
And the sandwich? I really don't want to know what the exact ingredients are. Just don't throw either of these two a bigger sandwich. As it is, one could destroy the entire world with five guys like Rocky, or Freckle
