here is one of hudson's unfortunate brothers who was scrapped

Hudsons brother 5413 was never given or known a name he was referred by his number.

During his life 5413 was a kind and friendly engine but he had some accidents because of the number 13 being part of his number of the NYC j class hudson's but he knew was was not jinxed but he showed respect along with the rest of his siblings to their rivals railroads the PRR the CNJ and the Reading railroad but some of the other engines antagonized hudson and 5413 about being friends with rivals but hudson stood up to them but joe and alex the two NYC F7 diesels were the rudest engines 5413 and hudson met during dieselization.

Joe and Alex called 5413 a failure and a waste of space hudson stood up to them and told the president of the NYC about it and the president of the NYC scolded alex and joe of their terrible behavior.

But 5413 would have a tragic accident while taking a passenger train. it was during the night of 1945 in january. 5413 was taking a fast passenger train to the michigan central railroad at union station michigan 5413 was racing down the line desperate to be on time but as he approached a bridge near a small town he hit a broken track and he fell of the bridge over the side taking his passenger cars with him.

The town folk came over to help the injured passengers out of the water thankfully none of the passengers were killed and swam to safety but 5413 and his crew were drowned and killed. hudson arrived with the cranes and the wreckage crew to get 5413 and the coaches out.

The police interviewed the passengers of what happened it was revealed as an act of sabotage by joe and alex and some teenagers.

Hudson was absolutely furious of what Alex and Joe done to his brother but Alex and Joe did not care but the president screamed at them he will be scrapping them both if they don't behave and that shut Alex and Joe up.

Hudson keeps he eyes on joe and alex if they keep up their attitude towards others that they think they should feel bad.

but when 5413 found out what happened he snapped and was fueled by anger and sanity and is now known as demon 5413.

Every night and every year demon 5413 wanders the tracks looking for another victim who wronged him in the past but hudson will put a stop to his insane behavior.

Alex and Joe encountered 5413 and were beaten by 5413 as payback of what they did to him.

Hudson knows 5413 will find peace and move on with the help of him but Hudson hopes he can help his brother find peace and move on to heaven
