Dragoon decided to visit stepney the bluebell engine and he asked the 19th century engine about another engine with half a face and stepney said he knows that engine because the half engine is stepney's sister.Dragoon: are you serious stepney?!?!
Stepney: yes dragoon. Her name is Celia. something went wrong with her construction and me and my sibling felt sorry for her many other engines bullied her because of her deformity and i did not like it.
