Description
A quick concept I had for a Fallout expansion set in London.

The expansion would take place within the first century since the bombs fell leaving much of the London Wasteland irradiated and impassable overground. The expansion would focus on three main areas; City of London, Westminster and Hyde Park. These regions would only be accessible via the tunnel system of the London underground.

The story would follow the last officer, a former policeman who took shelter in a tube station during the war and his companions, attempting to restore order to their local patch, all the while battling the countless factions of thugs and crazies who have taken control of some of London's most iconic landmarks.

Note: I may expand this story with lore and other pieces. I have ideas for the British Vault Tec subsidiary; Avalon Vault Industries and some of the gangs. A Victorian mad science-esque gang will control the National Gallery. A Cultist Group directly in contact with the spirits of the former royal line will be holed up in St Paul's Cathedral. Other gang strongholds will include the Royalists guarding the ruins of Buckingham palace, the Brutal Dictatorship of the Lord Protectors of the Tower of London and a more scrappy street gang in the palace of Westminster. A vault for the royal family was installed in Hyde Park but nobody has heard from the Queen or the royal house since the bombs fell. Other vaults were established for the select few though many would find shelter in the local underground stations. There will be potential to establish settlements in 'safe zones' where the radiation has weakened i.e Horse Guards Parade, St James park, Bank of England.
