Hey so this not ~TranquilChaos28 , this is ~Lightning-St0rm who has hacked the lovely Tranquil's account to bring this to all of your attention.
Look at this ~ she is amazing.
PEETA. MELLARK. Yes.
So yeah, we kinda had a change of plans at our last con and the Thursday night before the first day of the con we decided to a little bit nuts and try to construct thee cosplays in three days... or more specifically three nights.
We decided to approach these as an adaptation of the novel written by Suzanne Collins and the soon-to-be-released film.
