Thanks to SS86(and the other parts of the WFC Trilogy), I now have a decent assortment of the 6 new Autobots from the '86 movie. I must say, while I have my trepidations when transforming him, SS86 Hot Rod is perhaps the most literal Micro-Masterpiece of this entire recent slew of Transformers, as just about every accessory and/or feature from both his Masterpiece figures is present here, on top of his better than average posing. I mean, I used to have the Toys R Us exclusive version of the original MP-09(I broke the arm and have left him in storage ever since, but I don't feel too bad about it since I learned that particular figure is almost guaranteed to self-destruct on you), and compared to that, all he's missing is a swappable Rodimus face, the ability to combine the two guns, the ability to store the Matrix in his chest(intentionally, anyway), and an Offshoot/Firebolt to go along with him. Who was in the initial waves of… Siege… Yeesh…
