Version 1 (added working in background cursor, diagonal & vertical resize cursors, move cursor, and alternate select cursor; also fixed misalignment of the link select cursor)

Finally, I finished version 2!! The lack of resize cursors had been bothering me for years LOL so I took the opportunity to finish the set!

edit 1: noticed a mistake with paras horizontal resize arrows, fixed now!

Windows 10 Guide:
1. Download the file, right-click, and hit "extract all."
2. Open the start menu and search "Mouse Settings." Click the link on the right-hand column that says "Additional Mouse Options."
3. Go to the "pointers" tab.
4. Select "Normal Select," click "Browse," and locate the extracted (unzipped) file. Select the "Normal Cursor" file
5. Repeat for the other types of pointers in the menu
6. Click "Apply" and you're done! ^_^/

This is the operating system I use right now, not sure the exact process on others but I'm sure searching "custom mouse pointer (operating system)" or something will get you some results!
