Description
Concept -A robot that has the ability to go semi stealth at will. His eyes and torso shoot out high beams of light, blinding anyone that is looking directly at him. This makes it easy for him to kill many foes if his cover is blown. He carries a pistol and he normally wheres a trench coat, a hat and jeans to help him blend in with a crowd if he needs to be in public areas.
-Built to get close and kill those in power.
