Can you be born-again xenophiliac? Because I swear I died and woke up horny as hell for little quality time with anyone who isn't human.

Maybe it was the fact that I feel a bit betrayed by humanity. I drifted as a corpse in space and my own race couldn't be bothered to give me a proper burial. Instead the scumiest lot of them decided to ressurect me like some sort of zombie I presume they thought they'd get to have on a leash.

This life isn't mine. I didn't ask for it. I don't want it. I don't feel human anymore.
Why the fuck should I give a damn about anything anymore? Don't tell me the galaxy needs little old me so much I'm not allowed to die.
EVERYONE gets to die, it's like our one little privilege.

I'm not gonna say I wasn't pissed. I was. I was pissed that we got under-rug-swept and left to investigate the Reapers with no back up. I was pissed that an unknown ship blasted the hell out of us and it turns out this ship, this group of 'Collectors' have been all over the shop but just nobody told *us*.

I'm pissed about the fact that had a certain idiot pilot got to his escape pod instead of trying to wiggle throttles on a wrecked ship, I had to sacrifice myself to save his sorry ass.

Maybe I don't really mean that. Maybe nobody could have connected the Collectors to the Reapers two years ago, so they blindsided us. But I'm pissed it was Cerberus, not the Alliance, that called me back.

I don't know what it is, but I just don't feel connected to anyone anymore.

It's the Normandy but it isn't. It's Chakwas but it isn't (the Chakwas I knew would never leave the Alliance). It's Joker but it isn't.

He's not the same. Tali's changed. People aged, moved on, adapted, grew, developed, changed.

Time stood still for me and now my entire world is giving me imposter syndrome - both the idiot version where I think myself out of place and not belonging, and the clinical original version of it where I'm getting 'uncanny valley effect' with every encounter I have with anyone I'm supposed to know and recognise (they are all not quite right in one way or another, they're changed)...

...Like nobody around me that I should actually know and regcognise is truly real.

So I've come to the conclusion that I just need a really good fuck. And alcohol. And obviously someone other than myself (preferably) to do these things with.

Anything to feel less dead inside.

So I stroll onto Omega and eye up Zaeed Massani - maybe later. He looks a bit half- dead himself. But then I spot this Turian hired muscle, and immediately think: "You're a handsome devil, what's your name?"

He's cute. Probably messed up big time to be here. Messed up in the head too, to be working here and having pride in the fact. Clearly a bit of a smart ass. Reminds me of someone else I used to know...

Yeah. He'll do. He'll do.

Just to note: these screenshots might feature one particular Shepard but my stories are really for a bunch of different Shepards. So unless I give that Shep's name, don't assume it's her! For all you know, I'm writing from a Male Shep's perspective for this one, or some other completely different Shep. Anyway, this particular one is a Shepard who is... probably going to go down a renegade path. Unless they untwist themselves... But who knows who they'll romance for serious, right? Decide that for yourselves.

Oh and if anyone wants a version of this which features him head to toe, let me know. I was umming and erring about which one of the two to post. Might be useful if anyone does a cosplay of him, to have the one featuring him from head to foot.
