I went through 2 boxes of Captain Crunch while making this.I now have no breakfast unless I dig through the cracks in my sofa for bits and pieces of corn chips.
Anyway, here's a terrible comic.

Now, when I think realistically about this whole "tyrant Celestia" thing, one thing springs into mind. Rebellion. with so many ponies sent to the moon, and hundreds more on Equestria, she's making a huge mistake terrorizing her peoples. The government should fear its people, especially when its people could attack from the moon and Equestria. She has most efficiently arranged for her own demise, and definitely so with Luna once more against her, with a just cause this time.

Given her reaction to Pinkie's cupcake nomming in "A Bird in the Hoof", it's safe to say Celestia wouldn't actually send anypony to the moon over something like this, but it's still an amusing comic. Love Derpy's expression in the fourth panel, and the sign marking the number of accident-free days.
