I made this as an Evolution for the pokemon Eldegoss called Eldeblossom! the seeds that were stuck to the cotton on its head grew into beautiful colorful cotton flowers. The pokemon keeps the most beautiful ones to himself so don't try to grab those! you are free to grab the ones on his cotton ball though! the flowers are mostly used to give to people that are sick and they are said to have healing powers.
