I really like how Frisk's dilemma brought out Sans' and Chara's true feelings respectively.
The second Sans saw that Frisk was in trouble (seriously in trouble) he became unfocused and actually seemed scared for her, to the point where he was almost beaten. It's the first time in this comic that we actually see him not in control of the situation. That being said, in the end he pulls through and brings Frisk back by reminding her of the happy times they shared together and tells her that ultimately who she wants to be with is her choice to make and if who she really wants to be with is not him (or even Chara) he'll accept that. He's literally willing to throw away everything he fought for just to see her safe and sound.
Chara was the complete opposite. He saw that Frisk was in danger of falling into a coma again, maybe even dying for real this time. But instead of dropping everything and immediately rushing to help her, as he assured Sans he was capable off, he used her sickly state to get an advantage over and blackmail Sans into giving up on both Frisk and the fight. He even went so far as literally saying that he wants Frisk as a reward for NOT KILLING OR HURTING PEOPLE. Like jeez, talk about skewered priorities. Frisk could have died and all Chara thought about in that moment was that he would lose his trophy for not being a jackass. Charas' love for Frisk is primarily motivated by greed and selfishness.

You have some great points there. The units in my story like this are to discuss what love is and what love can be. I believe love itself can be simple, but it is also arguably one of the most complex emotions presented in many aspects of humanity (yeah, it's humanity, not "monsterly" xD)
As for Chara's true motivation, we 'll find out later.

Awwweee! I mean im more of an Au shipper but, reading up to this point has changed that in quite a few ways! 100% on board with this ship from now on T~T. One other thing I love, is that alot of these pages? Chapters?? have small hints from the actual game storyline and a little humor that you kinda would of had to play the game a few times, at least once, to be able to get the background. Amazing story line, I wish you well and am ever Hopeful for the next page/chapter.
