Starvee sneaks around Kanto pranking and stealing pokemon and human items. He steal the pokemon or human item then pull them into a trap witch they get prank. After the pokemon or human sleep sadly. Starvee sneak the item back while they sleep. In the day time he steady the next one to be pranked and you find what are they holding.
