Finally after like however long it was of Garou just beating every single opponent he had from his Cosmic form in the manga making every opponent he had just never being able to match his power, there's finally someone who can match Garou's power now, and it's another Flash. This legit can be the next Goku Black VS Reverse Flash in terms of fight dynamic and just all-around chaos and destruction, the same energy of Goku Black VS RFlash but knock that level 10-fold! Tho the only real downside is that just like Goku Black VS RFlash, Godspeed is just way too fast and fucking ridiculous compared to anything that Garou has ever done (so far), but unlike Goku Black VS RFlash, Garou can arguably copy and adapt to Godspeed's insane level of speed to keep with whatever Godspeed will throw to Garou (almost like a Hulk VS Doomsday scenario with Doomsday being able to absorb and adapt to Hulk's forever increasing strength). This is such a fantastic idea, like legit.
