Description
This is the super secret surprise I was talking about. This is the celestial star type of river pony. This type are the gods of river ponies and are of course mythical. Because of this I'm only letting the other admins make them for now. You'll be seeing their designs soon.

I'm probably going to change this one's design around a little bit. Nothing major just some different clothes, different mane style and maybe different wing placement. I don't quite know yet.

About celestial star river ponies:
Manes and rivers are made out of gasses and are generally bright colors. Have all black or all white bodies. Most often have a heavenly glow. Will often have twinkling stars in their “water”. These river ponies are special, they live on the celestial plane and can be considered the gods of river ponies. If they see a river is unguarded they will choose an average pony to turn into a river pony to protect the river. These ponies will not remember anything from their previous lives. They wear gold, jewels and other types of riches like silk and enchanted items. They are much much taller with a larger build. (about half of this focusfuse thought of)
