Reaper cuts loose, leveling the Spire!

An epic battle at the Black Spire, the "capitol building" of the Republic of Hayao. It has come under attack by the evil Dr. Ratchet, now known as Reaper, and two deranged mutants of almost unlimited power... Despite the fact that the Spire is the symbol of the corrupt regime of Hayao, there are people inside, so the heroines of the Resistance rally in defense of the building, alongside the Guardians that normally would hunt them!
