Backstory (really really lazy, sorry):

Growing up, Cosmo was a sheltered child. Never being allowed out of the house unless to go to school or visit doctors or things a like, never allowed to have friends or partners, no tv, candy, pets, etc. His parents were always scared of the world, worried for his life, thinking that if he left the house he would die if not under the protection of a trusted adult (you get the jist). One day he met Mantis, who showed him how amazing and violent the world is, eventually turning him into a gun enthusiast. Once Mantis started his killing business he was right on board, despite knowing how heartless and quick triggered his friend is. Later, he met Ivy, who is a demon who worked at a Casino but eventually moved onto being a bell boy for reason unknown, as well as his Angel counterpart. They help him with temporary residency when he's on the run or a hunt, as well as setting up meetings and giving the cops false information to throw them off his trail if they get to close to him. Onto Buzz. His relationship with Buzz is that of a Piranha and a goldfish, in short, he despises him (and occasionally tries to kill him). This is because Cosmo has and almost unhealthy crush on Mantis, and Mantis is kind of sort of in a relationship with Buzz (It's complicated), and he knows that Buzz is an officer and wouldn't think twice before turning them both in if it weren't for Mantis' history with him.
