The Obelisk System's Laser Artillery is the replacement of the Prototype OSLC, this uses a longer lasting Plasma Powered Battery and uses a different spectrum of light for extreme heat. It has a better heat guard and a front shield to prevent burning the user with the weapon's extremely hot barrel.
