Description
Syrus was a project experiment of Anti-Geralds’. Where Anti-Gerald made a deal with the Black Arms of the Anti-verse to make an ultimate weapon for them, in return to find a cure for NIDs for him. After seeing the results of the experiment through a capsule, Anti-Gerald released the being inside containing a relatively confused hybrid. After a few minutes, Anti-Gerald decided not make this newly made life form a living weapon. He instead took him in like an adopted son and dubbed him Syrus. Most of the crew on Space Colony ARK at this point were thinking that Anti-Gerald was off his meds on this, because they feared that Syrus was bound to turn out vicious and kill people on the ARK. Thus why Syrus was treated rather badly by most of the crew members of the ARK, they called him hideous beast, vile vermin, and many other words.
He didn’t get along with Anti-Maria, because she was sort of envious of Syrus. Thanks to the amount of attention from Anti-Gerald he receives and being immune to NIDs. She pretty much gave him the cold shoulder.

Later the G.U.N caught up the ARK to see that the scientists have failed on finding a cure, but made a living weapon instead. Thus causing the G.U.N to start cleaning the place up with their weapons. Anti-Gerald managed to smuggle Syrus and Anti-Maria into some halls leading to a hibernation capsule. With a few members of G.U.N not too far behind them and shooting at them. Anti-Maria was shot down along the way, Anti-Gerald then placed Syrus into the capsule, with tearing running down his eyes. He set up the systems of the device and turned the switch on, making Syrus hibernate. He then turned around and tried talking his way out, but found himself being shot to death. After that the G.U.N took the capsule back to their base.

Years (Apox. 50) later, Dr.Kintobor visited a G.U.N base picking up some family research notes. Under a lot of security of course. When he was given the hibernation capsule. And was told to do research and try not to open the capsule because of potential danger. After bringing the notes and capsule back home, Kintobor read research notes of the biological project and got intrigued by them. He then thought ‘since it seems the project is friendly, I might as well see if it’s true’ and decided to open the capsule. He brought Buns with, just in case if things go wrong. After opening it, he was surprised to find Syrus more startled by him than he was. Having to explain to him what happened, and that he was safe. Upon hearing the new Syrus was pretty depressed. Kintobor did his best to comfort him.

After several moments after being awakened, Syrus was dragged to be shown the new world he never knew much about. Impressed with all this, Syrus decided that he wanted to learn more of the technology and such. Surprised and happy about the situation, Kintobor allowed him to and took him under his wing.

Thanks to his experience, Syrus is skittish and scared of most people because he's afraid of getting hurt and ridiculed.

He also has an eye issue thanks to a attack from a ARK scientist. Thus why he wears glasses. As for the bracelets stuff, that's to keep his possible powers under control.

UPDATE: updated his back story and design. About the design concept (he used to look more like a hedgehog)
From the now deleted old concept.
"Originally I was gonna try to make Syrus more looking like a black arm hybrid since, that would give him a unique edge in design (or at least a better looking design). I scrapped idea last second, because I wasn't sure what to do other than lengthier tail. But now since the design is better set, which is quite inspired from Eclipse the Darkling.

In fact earlier this week when remembering the old concept. I did some thinking about Eclipse. Since a lot of people were a tad upset with his design and him being 100% purebred Black Arm. Which I can understand. The design had a Mobian esque look and considering most of the Black Arms look Semi realistic sci-fi styled, ye I would be quite upset as well. So it would only make sense for the Mobian look if it was a disguise or if the character was a hybrid. But since sources say he's 100% Black Arms and is not wearing any disguise so far. Ye... Honestly I feel like the design would be much more fitting if Eclipse was a Imp from Mobian Hell or an alien that wasn't Black Arms. But since we have little biology knowledge (Canonly) on the Black Arms there's not much to say.

With that thought rattling in my head. I decided "I might as well try to make him look more of a cross between the 2 races." and this happened."
