My favorite part is the brightness of the feather in contrast to the paleness of the girl and the landscape.

Such an odd photograph. I can't stop looking at it! I love the colors, or lack thereof, and the pose and expression. It reminds me of some kind of ritual, maybe some kind of awakening. The transition from one stage in life to another. I'm not sure if that's what you were going for or not, but that's just my interpretation. It also reminds me of the Florence + The Machine music video for Dog Days. I love everything about this photograph

I thought this was a nude shot and was kind of happy to see it wasn't because it looks really really cold where she is. But it is still very beautiful and stunning.
