What I mean was that how capcom could kill Zero, he's an so awzome character

Well, he had it coming to him, he was created for destruction, after all. It was only foreseeable that he might eventually run into a situation even he couldn't survive. I mean, he recovered from:
self-destruction(MMX1),
catching on fire(MMX2),
getting smashed by a large object(MMX3),
kamakazied a satelite, and was later torn in half, dismembered and then shot (also MMX5),
had to fight against his own DNA(MMX6),
was put into hibernation, had his body stolen, was revived, fought a war, was put into Hibernation again
and then was revived in a weak body(MMZ1),
malfunction from exhaustion(MMZ2),
survived the blast from his original exploding body(MMZ3).
Having taken all this into account, it's really not too surprising that he would decide to engage in a suicide deathmatch with a madman on a gigantic satelite re-entering earth's atmosphere(MMZ4). Anyway, he died defending his friends, fighting for what he believed was right. To simply resurrect him again (as they always seem to do) and make another Megaman Zero game would cheapen his sacrifice.
