This looks wonderfull

I started making C4D renders a while ago, but this is extreme hard to compete.
How many lights are in there?

TriZero In reply to seiftie [2009-02-23 21:53:15 +0000 UTC]

there are 8, but most of the red is from a big round soft brush, thanks for the comment

Very nice, impressive. How'd you make it? What CG (3D app) did you use for the fluid simulation and rendering?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

TriZero In reply to artislight [2009-02-23 21:49:47 +0000 UTC]

well its a realflow render, then i put it into cinema4d for bend and twist and depth and stuff, finally photoshop for colors and effects, thank you for the comment

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

artislight In reply to TriZero [2009-02-23 23:32:47 +0000 UTC]

realflow? So instead of it being a fluid simulation, you can actually modify the fluid-looking object like a mesh? Coolness.

Alright, you are welcome!

TriZero In reply to artislight [2009-02-24 01:36:59 +0000 UTC]

yep realflow actually saves mesh files also and u just transport right into c4d

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

artislight In reply to TriZero [2009-02-25 14:29:13 +0000 UTC]

OK, coolness. That must make messing with fluid objects a lot easier. At least, if you want a still-shot of a fluid.

Do you like Cinema4D?

Thanks! I am a Blenderhead btw. Maybe I will learn how to use a commercial app some day - I played with Infini-D a long time ago.
