Wonderful colours and reflections!
I think I can see some faces, especially in the upper "liquid" part.

The colors are so brilliant. You can just feel the radiance through this. An excellent job and deserves a golden medal.

This looks wonderfull
I started making C4D renders a while ago, but this is extreme hard to compete.
How many lights are in there?

there are 8, but most of the red is from a big round soft brush, thanks for the comment

Whoa. I was sure it's a photograph, and I was wondering what the hell it is. I can't believe it's done digitally... you're awesome! I can't find enough words to describe how much I'm impressed by this masterpiece.

I love the lighting, and coloring here. And the fragments breaking off around the middle.
A beautiful piece.

Very nice, impressive. How'd you make it? What CG (3D app) did you use for the fluid simulation and rendering?

TriZero In reply to artislight [2009-02-23 21:49:47 +0000 UTC]
well its a realflow render, then i put it into cinema4d for bend and twist and depth and stuff, finally photoshop for colors and effects, thank you for the comment

realflow? So instead of it being a fluid simulation, you can actually modify the fluid-looking object like a mesh? Coolness.
Alright, you are welcome!

OK, coolness. That must make messing with fluid objects a lot easier.
At least, if you want a still-shot of a fluid.
Do you like Cinema4D?

Thanks! I am a Blenderhead btw. Maybe I will learn how to use a commercial app some day - I played with Infini-D a long time ago.
