History: Exar Kun was once a Jedi Knight of the Jedi Order. Howvere,he turned to the dark side and became a Sith Lord,leading the Sith Empire along with fellow fallen Jedi,Ulic Qel-Droma.

During the Imperial Era,crime boss Dryden Vos of Crimson Dawn owned a desk with an obsidian slab as its base in which he plundered from a Sith Temple. The stone was carved with the warding spells,as well as an inscription reading saying "Our temple honouring Sith Lord Exar Kun.
