Ruby warns everyone on her scroll that Ironwood is declaring marshal law and is abandoning Mantle, noticing that Salem was coming and Ironwood is gonna use the staff to move Atlas and if he isn't stopped Mantle will be destroyed. When word got out, Steve Rodgers aka Captain America assembled his team to help Team RWBY and stop Ironwood before he use the relic to Atlas away from Mantle.
