Description
"Visual - 17"- a new theme which is what "Transparency - 16" should have been. I never used dark colors elsewhere so I put my fingers on it.
This will be released as a suite, so that users can download all-in-one (windowblinds, winamp, much more...any volunteers?) Wallpaper is [link]
