Typically his seeming attraction for someone else he just meant is not intended to be serious, perhaps he is just breaking the ice. He certainly has a presence, though no one seems to be sure if it is a good one.
- "You should take a chance.": Despite his seeming insincerity he is truly compassionate and means well, when a situation is deemed serious enough he is very good at getting on another eevee's level and offering surprisingly sound advice. He tends to be fairly sensitive to other's feelings and values positive input. In the face of aggression or poorly phrased words in his direction however he tends to get caught up in the heat of the moment.
- "Get on the floor.": This eevee truly is a party pokemon at heart, the lights, the music, the vibrations of the bass; there is not a single thing that he dislikes about going out and having a good time.
