Sabba Aganor employs his dark arts to run a magical tools and supplies shop: Sabba's Sinister Spells for Twisted Toons. Mundane toons can scarcely comprehend the sheer amount of time and subtlety that goes into making his unscrupulous utensils, so many, like Sly here, are often confused and frustrated by the unassuming appearance of his specialty order. Black Hole Bottles are terribly sneaky tools, and many dark wizards, or vindictive thugs with coin to spare are keen to use these vacuum flasks to snatch and trap their enemies. Sly might have been one of the rare clients who simply wished to the study the enchantments for himself. Now that he has had a first-hand experience of the magic, he can spend all of his time trying to understand its machinations whiile he waits for somebody to purchase him off the savings shelf and pay off his tab...and then hopefully release him!

Sabba is simply happy to see another indignant dragon put in what he sees as their "rightful place".
