Description
This is an imaginary mascot, in the case that I were a founder at Hogwarts, this would be my house's sigil.Sorry about my long absence. I am still working on the upcoming comic, I promise.

And what would the qualities of said house be? Or are we just substituting Rowan for Rowena?

That's a rook, actually. Qualities would be curiosity, intelligence and secrecy. Illusion would be taught, as would the study of why spells work. We'd encourage students like Fred & George. The sycamore is the tree you see represented there. What would your house be?

Not sure; it's not something I've really thought about all that much. I love my VH house (Oracle), but... hmm.
Qualities: innovation, collaboration, creativity. Emphasis on learning the basics to a point where they're almost reflexive, then for more advanced topics, posing the problem and encouraging creative solution. Students would be chosen in each year to have complementary qualities - someone who's good at churning out weird ideas, someone who can pick ideas apart and improve on them, a leader, and so forth. Lots of social opportunities, though, as the typical student would be the creative loner who wants friends but is too introverted to make them.
That's definitely not the elevator version, but I'm writing this off the top of my head
