Shego is from Kim Possible, and Desiree is from Danny Phantom. The joke is from a Kim Possible episode, where Shego absolutely refuses to let Dr. Drakken clone an army of her.

Wow lol, that's a good joke. I did a picture (it isn't in dev. art cause my cumputer is a piece of junk) of a joke about Dani dressing as Annashophia Roff and thinking Danny should dress as David Kufman and the joke is that those people are their voices. Annashophia is the voice of Dani also of Violet from Charlie and the Chocolet Factory and Lesslie from Bridge to Terribifia. I like researching.
