Well the differences between them is that A Regular ranger have to follow all the rules with no question, the only allowed to have the pre-evolution or first evolution ( the small pokemon)

while the Ace rangers have more freedom, a slightly different uniform, and when can basically use Any pokemon we want as A partner as long as it's not A legendary, or A Really big pokemon [like Rampardos]
Basically the Ace ranger is part of the Admin click. ~
