The bit from Feeling Pinkie Keen where Twilight faces down the hydra. Except she's not-so-bite-sized.
To be honest though a giant Dash stepping on the shed wouldn't have been as impressive as the actual scene in my opinion. Of course there was the rainbow nuke, but honestly the part I found most impressive was that she was tearing apart support timbers with her freaking teeth.

The scene where Spike kidnaps Rarity from Secret of my Excess, only Rarity dwarfs Spike even in his greed form, so she can easily avert the crisis by making him small again with a kiss or something.
