The detail in the hair is incredible. I love it. Great work on the hand too, and the skin tone is beautiful.
I do have to agree that the right eye (her left) is a bit off---it should be lower and spaced a little further apart from the other eye. I'm not sure about the nose either, it could be fine as is but I keep wanting it to be more to the right and a little lower. However, I'm not certain on that one.
The lips are great! I wish I knew how to shade them like that, they're puckered like a rose and very realistic. *studies*

i dont know what she looks like really, but it looks to me as if her eyes are too close together
