too gimicky. try doing something that comes from your imagination. even if it's abstract, people will relate better to a mood. on a technical level, it's a bit busy. you would do well to simplify it and cut-down on the colours (e.g. can you see how badly the center 'fiery' scene clashes with the rest of the WP?) good luck!!
