A soft, fluffy comforter is draped across the bed, invitingly rumpled from recent use. The air is filled with the gentle hum of a space heater, providing a soothing background to the sounds of a busy morning. Suddenly, there is a loud, shrill scream piercing the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. The source of the noise is revealed to be a young woman, a 23 year old named Brooke, who is sitting at the desk, engrossed in her work. Her long, wavy auburn hair cascades over her shoulders, partially obscuring her face as she winces from the piercing sound.

The scream is followed by a loud banging noise, as if someone is furiously pounding on a metal object against another hard surface. The sound grows closer and more intense with each passing second. Brooke looks up from her computer screen, her brows knitted together in confusion and concern. The banging culminates with a resounding thud as something heavy hits the floor, sending vibrations through the floorboards beneath her feet.

She hesitates for a moment, her mind racing with possibilities, before she finally decides to investigate the source of the commotion. Standing up, she walks over to the door leading to the hallway and carefully peeks through the crack. Her eyes widen in surprise as she sees her three-year-old nephew, Josh, running towards her, his cheeks flushed. In his hands, he carries two large metal pans, which he is using to create the ear-splitting racket.

"Josh!" she exclaims, "What on earth are you doing?" He continues to run towards her, oblivious to her words. She winces as the pans collide again, this time sending a sharp pain through her skull. As he draws closer, she realizes she has to act quickly. Before she can decide on the best course of action, he barrels into the room and slams the pans together one final time. The sound is deafening.

Brooke's eyes widen as she sees the determination in her nephew's face. He's not going to stop anytime soon. She glances down at her computer, thinking about the work she's been trying to finish, and then back at Josh. In a moment of impulse, she opens her mouth wide and swallows him whole.

The air is momentarily silent as Josh's body disappears into her mouth. She feels his limbs and torso slide down her throat, the familiar taste of him filling her senses. As she pushes the last bit of him down, she shudders with pleasure, feeling him slide into her stomach. She burps loudly, the sound echoing in the small room, and places a hand on her distended belly.

Her nephew's movements are clearly still audible, and she lets out a soft moan as she feels him shift inside her. The sensation is strange but not entirely unpleasant. She closes her eyes, trying to focus on the feeling as she listens to Josh kick and squirm inside her. The combination of his movements and the warmth of his body sends a wave of heat through her, making her cheeks flush.

Brooke opens her eyes and looks down at her stomach, still feeling the gentle rise and fall of her abdomen as Josh moves around inside her. The thought of having him trapped inside her, dependent on her for survival, is both terrifying and exhilarating. She can't help but wonder what her sister will say when she finds out what happened.
