Description
Greetings everyone, today's lesson is on the Roaming Quakeshell.Wild: These heavily-armored members of the Titan class may seem like harmless vegetarians, but they can be very dangerous if they're ever disturbed. Their wide domed shells provide them with excellent defense against predators and falling debris. Their long, jagged beaks are used to tear apart trees and foliage in their endless search for food. Their huge feet create craters with each step they take across the landscape, they can also feel sonic waves through the ground with their feet, which is how they speak with each other over long distances. They lay one of the largest eggs in the world and the newborns may be armored as their parents, but they still need protection by them until they reach physical maturity which takes about 25 human years.
Training: These creatures are hard to train since they think with their stomachs. To gain its attention, use low frequency horns to call to them. Once you can speak with them, gain their trust by providing a large amount of food. Keep feeding it until it kneels down to rest and digest, this will give you time to apply a saddle on to it. Use wooden mallets as a means of steering by patting on either side depending on where you want it to go. An easier option is to collect an egg or two and raise the youngster. Youngsters will stay loyal to you, even after they've fully matured, they'll gain puberty attitude, but will remain loyal if you provide enough feed.
