Daughter of Luz and Amity Noceda and an aspiring Witch in the Boiling Isles. Currently 14 and attending Hexside, she study's 6 of the 9 tracks, which is no longer a major since the abolishment of the Coven system. Her tracks being abomination, bard, healing, illusion, plant and potions and has her own reasons for not studying the other tracks. For construction, because she feels that the strength boost from it is a bit too intense for her. For beast keeping, Palisman aside, despite Luz' own compassion for animals, Phoebe tends to have a hard time getting along with animals... or vice versa. And for oracle, it's because of the stories she heard of Odalia, who was in the Oracle Coven, and wishes to have as little as possible in common with her. Forests and groves of Palistrum trees have been returning since the current rule and therefore students can acquire their own Palisman, Phoebe's being her trusty little griffon(still workshopping a name for it) Takes guitar lessons to use for her bard magic. Red in her hair is all died.
