A variant of Ruby from another universe where her Uncle Qrow died after she gained her powers and Yang graduated high school. Was best friends with Cinder Fall's daughter, Emerald Sustrai but hadn't seen her for years until after Emerald took over Fall Industries following Cinder's death. Fell in love with Penny Polendina who died in her fight against Emerald follow her fight with Electro. Carried on as the Scarlet Spider afterwards, to which her last known enemy was Adam Taurus, who had somehow gained a large bull mech.
