The colt bellowed at the fact he had been brought out from the paddock this morning to do what he hated the most. Work.
His hooves clacked on the walk towards the arena. He had been polo wrapped and tapped up comfortably for better flow.
But little did he know what had been planned for the large colt.
Cowboy was a young gun. But never had been ridden before. He was most certainly the most lazy of the bunch. But that too
was soon going to be put at a halt. Training to turn him into a fine young man.
The air was brisk and cool first thing, so the colt felt a little fresh. His beautiful flaxen Ombre tail flicked his flank as he was
brought through the large doors to the indoor arena. He was brought around to sniff the sand. Explore at the lead. Eventually
he was then introduced to the the ground poles for his first lesson of ground work. Quickly he slid in a halt and bounced with a slight
rear as he attempted to flee from the weird long thing on the ground. His ears pinned back with timid eyes looking at the sight as the
boy held onto the lead as tightly as possible, yanking and trying to correct the colt for a good face scratch in the end.
How scary.
