Description
Howlites are just another type of soldier, more common than Quartzes but more competent and powerful than Rubies.

Howlites are also another solution to the resource shortage, as they can be "mixed" with other gems during the incubation process, allowing homeworld to use less material when creating that specific gem.

Howlite-ed gems look different that non howlite-ed gems, one example being the distinct Howlite pattern, blue-tinted eyes and a more Howlite-ish body-shape. (a Jasper mixed with Howlite would have the small stripes and be smaller than a "perfect" Jasper, a Peridot would also have the stripes but be taller and stockier than other Era-2 Peridots)

These gems are often called Half-gem or Halfies. (It should be noted that this process was only recently discovered and has not been perfected for every gem type)

This Howlite, however, is a full Howlite, made before the process of Howlite-merging was discovered. She acts as just a smaller, more expendable Quartzite assigned to a small cluster of planets. She's a bit of a hothead; confident and impulsive. But she's a lot smarter and more thoughtful than she appears and enjoys thinking about all that stuff that would put a human into an existential crisis. (How big is the universe? What's beyond it? How many planets are there? What happens to a gem's conscious after it's shattered? Ect.)
