Description
This is a mod for Sonic Mania that I'm working on which replaces Chemical Plant with Metropolis!
This is just a little screenshot of what to expect if it ever gets far enough to be released.
The background is based off of the Metropolis Present by (couldn't link it, wouldn't work) but it's not done yet plus the sky area of the background will be redone from the original due to palette issues.
