Cast Out is dead. I still love the story and the characters, but I do not enjoy drawing it out. I’ll put some stuff about the story here.

Dante and Amadeus were criminals and ran away from their hometown and then lived in the woods, leaving their old life of running from law behind, making room for raising a family. They had two daughters. Echo and Raven. One night, Echo was told to put out their campfire. She was a bit lazy with the chore and didn’t notice the sparks left behind. She woke up to smoke and found the forest they live in burning. Amadeus and Raven went missing and Echo and Dante were trying to get out as fast as possible. Dante badly injured his leg along the way and ended up dying saving Echo, telling her to run to the river before throwing her over the burning log that blocked the way that he was too hurt to jump over. Echo ran to the river and passed out when she got there. She woke up to Ashy (she didn’t know who he was at the time) treating her wounds. When he noticed her awake, he got scared and ran away, leaving behind a very confused Echo. Echo went back to the forest, which had stopped burning, to look for her parents and sister. She found her father’s body and was too afraid to look for the rest. Moonshadow, a wolf with dark powers, found Echo. Echo was afraid of her at first, but Moon eventually got Echo’s trust. Moon explained that she lived in a tribe of wolves that had special powers, but Moon was banished for being born with dark magic. Echo and Moon started traveling with each other and became close friends. At one point, Echo met Arden, who asked who her parents were, and freaked out when Echo told her. They screamed about how her parents were criminals and insulted Echo and stuff. Not a very nice way to treat someone who’s parents died. Also, Echo was unaware of her parents being criminals. Moon at one point got reunited with an old friend back from her tribe, Daphne. They had crushes on each other as kids and the feeling were still there when they saw each other again. I guess Echo is a third wheeler now. Moon and Daphne became adorable girlfriends. Throughout the story Echo keeps having random awkward encounters with Ashy, who always ends up running away whenever he is spotted. I love Ashy so much. He loves healing and wants to be a doctor but is too scared of everyone and everything to really get anything done. He just travels around, reading books, eating berries, running away from anything that moves, and healing random people he finds before freaking out and running for the hills. Ashy does eventually make a friend. One of the wolves from Moon and Daphne’s tribe, Jasmine. He… somehow… makes a friend… with a wolf… somehow…
