Quill! She is a warrior from the Jalar Kingdom (though she has some recent Rarc in her too, giving her that mane on her neck and her size). She’s kind of a jackass and love love LOVES to fight. She can create and control electricity (A Jalar thing) and is super high energy, enjoys running.
Has a twin brother named Byrd, who she is very close with and I'll post his ref soon
