Description
I ended up with a little itch in the back of my head trying to convince me that Scootaloo is part Phoenix, at least in spirit. So... let's ref a screencap of Philomena's transformation and see what I can do.I'm working BIG on this one. 2400x3000. Every time I accidentally hit certain shortcuts (like cut layer) Artrage freezes up a bit.
