Very real looking, it's like a green tree snake with growths. and the leaf is to hide from predetors and lure prey, very nice! The growths do look like they were just thrown on though

You're the best giving shadows and light to the volume of the character. It is exactly the chiaroscuro technnic used by some great artist of classic painting, overall looking to the tail of this one. The way youΒ΄ve shadowed it gives it the exact position betwen the rest of the body and the background, without blurs it, Β‘only with your lighting technique!

But you know it is unfinished? I spent on this only about 2 hours [without counting the background]. I will add final touches to the painting after some time pass.
