Well, I think your close up shots capture the intensity of the art of makeup, without question..But one would like to see how it balances with the rest of the face. And believe me, with eyes like that you can be nothing but breath taking, I don't care what else you say.

Ooooh I like this, for more than one reason. The eye makeup is a nice addition and I feel it really makes this photo what it is, although the lines could have been slightly thinner? The glitter around the eye is a nice touch as well.
Once again that eye is simply magnificent, as I have said in my other comments on your photos. It's in a good light and well focused which are two great features of any photo. I don't know if you have done any post production work on this photo, but if you have, it has really paid off well. If not, let me know how you got such a really nice atmosphere to your photo, thats one technique I LOVE.
Some may say this is just beautiful, I would concur, however I shall also go one step further and add that it's not just beautiful, its stunning! Thankyou for sharing it.

This photo was shot in RAW so i did do quite a bit of post production in adobe lightroom, which i totally recommend. fantastic program for raw files. the original file straight from raw is [link] there! so the original is quite a crap photo!

Wow, yes that is such an amazing improvement, I shall have to get hold of that application somehow.
I have a Canon EOS-350D with the stock lens (18-55mm I think), I also have an m45 adapter ring for it so I can add a range of m45 screw fit lenses to it... although finding the ones I like is a pain.
I am saving up for the SIGMA AF 70-300mm F4-5.6 Macro Super II lens... it's not that much for what it is, and should allow me to take some fantastic shots. I just need a job lol. Trying to find willing models is hard
