Description
The last batch of starters...Water-type, of course. It gets sort of tough trying to color with one main...color. Oh well, can't be helped. Water-types are blue, and these guys are big. They went through many design changes; the second-stage was at one point the final stage, but it just didn't look right. Ah, look at me ramble.
