For *childrensillustrator 's monthly theme of mermaids. This is a new technique I've been dabbling in of a digital style that looks like chalk. Still not quite happy with the style completely, but still working with it.

This piece is heavily based on an older piece I did in collaboration with ~Prang and another friend for a sidewalk art's festival. (Which you can see on my other account here: [link] )
